My mothers

I'm packing up to move house, and I found these photos last night. Perfect timing. That's my mother on the left, and my grandmother on the right. The photos are a few years old, but I like the one of Mummy because it captures a classic expression of hers, and because of the arc of greenery above her head. My mother has a real green thumb. The one of Mama (my grandmother) is my favourite photo of hers. You can see her beauty and her sense of mischief all at once. She looks so beatific here, but she's probably just said something really naughty. That's Mama all over.
